Crawford embraces Tata Madiba’s legacy during charity drive

Crawford International Ruimsig collaborates with Soweto Motorbike School Forum on charity drive to support a children's home in Soweto.

The month of July is a significant one for South Africans as it marks the much-anticipated giving spirit of the late Nelson Mandela’s legacy.

Busi Sechele and Thuli Mukhari Nakurhula from the Soweto Motorbike School Forum (SMS) and its partners, which include Crawford International Ruimsig, joined forces to host a charity drive on July 29 to bring joy and support the Khayalihle Children’s Home in Pimville, Soweto.

According to Crawford educator Cindy van Heerden, the handover of donations was a success all thanks to the collaborative efforts and contributions to the school.

“We received so many donations, including food, toys and blankets for the children. This heartwarming gesture is highly appreciated,” Cindy added.

SMS and beneficiaries extended their deepest gratitude to Crawford for their tireless efforts in making the charity event a triumph.

“The donations received portray the significance of children and how much of a big difference a small act of kindness can impact their lives,” says Busi.
