It was also the venue for a charity fundraiser for the treatment of a three-year-old local leukemia patient, Zante Welman, undertaken by the One for All Motorcycle Club (MCC) and the West Rand Biker Church. According to All for One MCC president, Willie Fourie, several local motorcycle clubs were in attendance in support of your Zante, who is currently receiving treatment at The Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital.

“We invited many motorcycle clubs and we are proud to say that the turnout was very good,” said Willie. “The support from the community at large and the local motorcycle clubs was overwhelming, and we managed to raise a good amount of money toward a very worthy cause. Even though this is just a drop in the ocean in terms of what is still needed to pay for the very expensive treatments, every bit helps, and it warms the heart to see that people out there still care.”
