Learners share their feelings on going to high school

Grade seven learners from a local school tell of how they will adjust to going to grade eight.

Grade seven learners from The King’s School Discovery explain how they feel about going to high school next year.

“I feel happy and scared. I want to achieve great things and new goals,” shared Moagi Bapela.

“I feel excited and scared at the same time. I want to push myself to do better next year,” said Jordan Seafield.

“I feel normal. I don’t know what to expect but I’m looking forward to making it a great time and setting goals that I would like to achieve,” added Andile Gqoba.

“I feel scared because I’m worried that it’s going to be a lot of hard work but I know my dad will help me if I get stuck. I’m a big boy now and I’m going to make the best of it,” concluded Landon Rusty.
