Florida-based hospital and sports non-profit hosts family fun day

Life Flora Hospital and Nxtgen Sportz hosted a fun sports day.

Over the years, Life Flora Hospital and Nxtgen Sportz NPC have joined forces to create a wonderful success story by hosting an annual Family Fun Day which includes a soccer and netball tournament, stalls and fun-filled activities for the whole family.

This occasion has not been held since the pandemic and was relaunched on September 16 at the Reddford House Northcliff School.

Nxtgen Sportz is a non-profit premium youth soccer development programme that believes in uplifting our community by fostering inclusivity, teamwork, discipline, leadership, perseverance, personal growth, and social impact through the transformation and opportunities this initiative provides them with.

“Our heartfelt thanks go out to all of our amazing donors. Funds raised were donated to Nxtgen Sportz,” exclaimed Lauren van Zanten, from Life Flora Hospital.

Nxtgen Sportz, currently playing in the RCLFA league, provides a full sporting programme to future soccer stars including transport, nutrition, kits and coaching.

As the club grows, additional underprivileged children of all ages get sponsored into the club and potentially have their talents shine at an international level.

“Sports has an amazing, unique way of instilling a positive impact in society. Whether it’s uplifting communities, encouraging positive working relationships or healthy lifestyles, sports makes a difference daily,” concluded Van Zanten.
