For the event organiser Marna Grobler starting the Fitflo Fitness for a Cause while combining her passion for sport, health and wellness coaching with her experience in the event industry made perfect sense.

The NPO was established in 2019 and was created to give back to various charities through Marna’s passion for sport, fitness, and healthy living.

The Sunday’s event showcased the talented Kayla Jane Wightman from Kayla Jane Fitness, and yoga instructor Geraldine Anderson treating all the ladies to a fun workout class and a relaxing yoga session.

“We do not charge monetary entrance to the events, rather a donation or contribution to the chosen charity,” said Marna.

Sunday event’s chosen charity was the Epic Foundation, and each lady contributed to a comfort bag that was donated to Alta at the Epic Foundation.

As a small token of appreciation, each lady who attended the event received a goodie bag with treats from local suppliers and supported brands.

“We are excited about the rest of the year, so keep an eye out for the date of our next event,” said Marna.
