Local health expert partners with SABC Education

Health expert, Ronald Abvajee is expanding his online platform by joining forces with the SABC education channel. The Quellerina resident is on a mission to promote holistic living and well-being among the public at large. The collaboration will include his online platform MyHealth 360 which provides expert health information packed as videos, articles, events and fitness classes. This is in addition to announcing similar partnerships with Cape Town TV (CTV) and Soweto TV (STV) in September and October respectively.

“Through this agreement we are partnering with SABC to expand our footprint significantly by providing our expert health content to the SABC Education channel,” said Abvajee. “This covers an additional six online platforms, with online rights being granted to social media platforms, Raise Your Hand (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), as well as the SABC Education website and individual programme sites.”

He shared that the partnership was significant because it worked for the mutual benefit while providing quality content. MyHealth 360 is a space that is created to understand, shape and nurture health and well-being.

Abvajee is an entrepreneur in the corporate engagement and wellness industry. He is a TV and radio personality and has his own show called Shape Your Life where he inspires audiences with his content on access to health and proper well-being. He is a qualified exercise physiologist and has a degree in physical education and human movement sciences. Furthermore, he also has a 5th degree black belt in karate.

He is also the founder of Healthy Living Consulting which provides comprehensive well-being interventions to individuals, employees, teams, businesses and communities.
