Life Flora celebrates 50 000th vaccination

"We have done our utmost to protect our community as much as possible."

Life Flora Hospital is pleased to announce that they have recently administered their 50 000th dose of the coronavirus vaccine to their very own Sister Naomi April.

According the hospital’s Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Lauren van Zanten the vaccination site opened on May 28 where they have since administered an astounding 51 273 doses of the vaccine.

“Our team has been heroes in terms of putting ourselves on the frontline and working long, hard hours between running the hospital, looking after Covid patients and managing a vaccination site,” she said.

“We have done our utmost to protect our community as much as possible.”

The site will be closing on Wednesday, December 15 subject to stock availability.
