Pave your success with My Future course

My Future course brings crucial skills to all; young and old.

The My Future training course has been initiated to provide training to Zandspruit residents in an array of subjects, free of charge. Programmes and subjects that will be covered in the course include starting your own business, creating job opportunities, managing money, health, and relationships.

Facilitator, Nhlanhla Mahlangu said the course will provide skills by motivating people of all ages. “We want to encourage people who might feel like giving up because they lack qualifications. We want to help people be what they want to be and build their future. Whether you have experience or not, we can show you that you can do something and gain the required skill.”

She said the course is currently open to residents of Zandspruit because they don’t want people to spend money travelling. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance when they complete the five-day course. Mahlangu said it is open to young people in high school in particular, who may be uncertain about the direction of their future. She added, “We will provide skills that will open the students’ minds and initiative, as well as show people not to wait for or rely on the government”.
