WATCH: Huge accident on N1 north near 14th Avenue off-ramp

The N1 north near the 14th Avenue off-ramp was the scene of a huge freak accident this morning, Friday, 26 March, involving a truck and a number of light motor vehicles.
The Northsider has learnt that at least five light motor vehicles were involved in this massive collision in Constantia Kloof which saw a truck and a car roll down an embankment, crashing into the palisade fencing of an office park adjacent to the freeway.

The cause of the accident or the number of injuries are unclear at this stage. The accident reportedly caused traffic to crawl as emergency services made way to the scene.
The Northsider is still awaiting further comments from law-enforcement agencies and emergency units on the scene.
