City Power has notified residents of a planned power interruption that has been scheduled for Monday, 21 December.
“The power interruption is necessary to do essential maintenance on our network which is part of our programme of constantly striving to provide a better service,” read the City Power statement.
The power outage will be in effect from 10pm until 6am the following morning, 22 December and will affect the following areas:
• Bergbron
• Quellerina
• Northcliff Ext 19
• Delarey
• Whiteridge
• Industria North
The power could return at any point during the day, so all supply points are to be treated as live at all times. City Power would also like to remind residents that this planned maintenance is subject to cancellation in the event of loadshedding on the same day.
