Hirsch’s host another successful virtual Kitchen Capers event

To bring the public up to date with what is new and exciting on the culinary front, Hirsch’s recently hosted a virtual Kitchen Capers cooking event filmed remotely at the beautiful SMEG showroom in Bryanston.
The episode saw up-and-coming chef, Prince Sithole – also known as the Royal Chef joining forces with Sandton Epicure Restaurant’s Head Chef, Ken Phuduhudu to cook up a storm. Covid19 has forced the entertainment and food industry to its knees with closures, but these two talented chefs did not take this lying down and came together to create a dynamic five-star experience, bringing first-class dining to your doorstep.
At the Zoom event, which was hosted remotely by Hirsch’s Executive Director, Margaret Hirsch, Prince Sithole and Chef Ken created a flavourful African fusion fest with a West African twist. On the menu was vegetarian peanut lentil soup and a delicious Suya chicken with cassava chips.
These virtual cooking events run bi-monthly, and to join the next event with Abby Dalton, a chocolate expert, send an email to shane@hirschs.co.za to book.
