Resident adds to the face-mask initiative

She has managed to make 150 masks, which will be given to the officers at Honeydew Police Station.

Krugersdorp resident Daleen Beyleveld is one of the people who make re-usable fabric face masks on behalf of the Facebook group South Africa Face Mask Initiative.

She has managed to make 150 masks, which will be given to the officers at Honeydew Police Station.

According to Daleen this is much-needed support in the fight against Covid-19, and everybody should be involved and make a contribution.

The Honeydew CPF voiced their appreciation and encouraged Daleen to continue with her acts of kindness towards the fight against the virus.

“We as the Honeydew CPF are grateful for all the support we have received over the past three weeks,” said Michael Steyn, PRO of the Honeydew CPF.

Anyone who would like to sponsor gloves, masks or wet wipes (which are used as a filter in these masks) is requested to get in contact with Michael on 084 496 3852.
