Sanitizers handed over to Honeydew Police Station

“It's great to see the community get together to ensure our police officers are protected in this 21-day lockdown.”

After putting out a request for the provision of hand sanitizers for Honeydew Police, the Honey Community Policing Forum (CPF) handed over the items to the Honeydew Police Station on 24 March.

“It’s great to see the community get together to ensure our police officers are protected in this 21-day lockdown,” said Lieutenant Colonel Seile.

Chas Everitt International donated several packets of hand wipes, sanitizer and surgical gloves, and the donations were handed over to the police by Jon Rosenberg, who is the vice chairperson of the CPF. They were well received by Honeydew Police.

“Honeydew CPF would like to give thanks to Chas Everitt International in Randpark Ridge for the donation to Honeydew Police Station following the request for assistance last week,” said Jon.

Other companies that want to get involved in this good cause are encouraged to get in touch with the Honeydew CPF public relations officer, Michael Steyn on 084 496 3852, and arrangement will be made to collect and deliver the goods to the station.
