The Maragon Ruimsig High School prefects for 2020 were inducted into their roles at a special awards ceremony at the school on Wednesday, 9 October.
The 2019 prefects were thanked for their year of service and performed their last official duty by pinning prefect badges on the new prefects.
Excitement filled The Grand Hall as the new Deputy Head Prefects for 2020 were announced. Congratulations to Li-Ane Pitzer (Deputy Head Girl) and Taahir Johnson (Deputy Head Boy).
A chorus of applause erupted when the Head Prefects were announced. Maragon Ruimsig is proud to congratulate Inge Odendaal (Head Girl) and Brent Barendsen, (Head Boy) as the Head Prefects for 2020.
