Nova Pioneer, a private education group, that will be breaking new ground in Ruimsig next year, hosted an information-sharing evening at the Hole-in-One Guest House on 2 May.
The purpose of the meeting, according to the external relations manager, Lindsey Hawkins, was to launch and share information with the community about their sixth Gauteng-based campus in the beautiful community of Ruimsig in 2020.

The institution’s doors open in January 2020, catering for both pre-primary and primary school learners.
“An expansive 36 200 square metre property on the corner of Flora Haase and Van Bergen Roads, Amorosa Extension 27, will be the new home of Nova Pioneer Ruimsig. This school will serve young leaders [learners] in the Amorosa, Ruimsig, Little Falls and Greater Roodepoort communities,” said Lindsey.
She added, “We shared with the community the plans for the building site, information on our school curriculum, grades offered, and extra murals”.
Speakers on the day included their South African managing director, Belinda Godfrey, who presented the school’s offering to the attendees.
According to Lindsey, construction of the school commences in June 2019.
