Lifco holds family fest day in Strubens Valley

A perfectly sunny day was accompanied by a warm friendly vibe at the festival.

The Little Falls and Strubens Valley Residential Community (Lifco) hosted a successful family festival day at the Strubens Valley Shopping Centre on Saturday, 27 October.

The event was held in association with the celebration of Spar Strubens Valley’s first birthday, with the store having opened at the centre in 2017. The weather was simply perfect for a fun-filled family with not a single cloud in sight.

Lifco’s Jade Jacobs coordinated the day, which saw various activities happen throughout the day, ranging from karaoke to jumping castles, to colouring-in competitions and (of course) face-painting. For Jade, the aim of the day was to bring the community together and raise awareness for Lifco.

Several businesses from the Strubens Valley and Little Falls areas were also given the chance to set up stalls for the day, giving them exposure as well.
