A chance to slam or praise your station

The survey will help to improve the services at the station, said Captain Balan Muthan, spokesperson for Honeydew Police Station.

Have you ever received the poorest attention or service at your local police station, or perhaps the kindest help? Now is your time to rate and share your opinion in a service delivery survey which is being conducted by the Honeydew Police Station in a bid to improve their services.

Police spokesperson, Captain Balan Muthan, cited the importance of improving the station’s services in accordance with the community’s needs, saying that this will help in improving the service delivery at the station.

“We urge people to take a minute or two to complete the survey and rate the service they are receiving. This will help us improve the service delivery at the local station,” Muthan explained.

The survey questionnaire, which includes date, time, name, cellphone number, comment section and signature will be found at the station, and once fully completed can be placed in the police station’s suggestion box.

Muthan emphasised the importance of writing your cellphone number on the survey, adding, “It is to make contact with you, not to hinder you in any way. It is for us [the police] to give feedback on your comment or complaint about the service you received”.
