Shoplifters thwarted in Radiokop
Four suspects – two males and two females – were nabbed at the scene and taken away by police.
A group of suspects were apprehended on 3 January after allegedly shoplifting at a supermarket in Radiokop.
According to EC Security, they received a call from the supermarket regarding the shoplifters, who were suspected of having stolen a cellphone.

“When our officers arrived, the suspects tried to make a getaway but an EC Security officer managed to block their car – a silver BMW – and was able to make the arrest,” said Norman Mphilo, EC Security reaction manager.
