Agape loves athletics fun

Agape Christian School held an unforgettable inter-house athletics day.

Staff and learners alike participated in the recent Agape Christian School inter-house athletics.

The whole school was kitted out in their respective red (Warriors) and green (Conquerors) house colours. The Warriors won the day but the Conquerors scored the Spirit Cup. The event leads up to the inter-school athletics, when Agape will take their fastest children to run in this big event, which will take place at Ruimsig Stadium.

Three learners broke records during the inter-house athletics, namely Megan Cronje for long distance (U/13 Girls), Hope Sango for 1 200m long-distance running (U/13 Boys), and Orabile Mompati for long jump (U/11 Boys).

The teachers also got to have fun on the day and participated in races of their own, even racing against some of their past learners.
