Allen Glen’s rugby teams sweep the boards

Allen Glen High School sports director Hennie van Vuuren is thrilled with the latest victories of the school’s rugby teams.

This after all the school’s rugby age groups emerged victorious when they participated in Golden Lions League matches against Hoërskool Vryburger High School.

The games were played at Allen Glen in front of a supportive crowd.

A chuffed Van Vuuren praised the teams. “I am pleased to see where the school is at currently, it goes to show that hard work, determination, dedication and most of all discipline aids in the victory of any side or team.”

The scores were as follows: U14s won 47–0, U15s won 58–5, U16s won 60–0 and the 1st team won 69–12.
