Lamborghini crashes in Witkoppen Road
NORTH RIDING - Cause of accident between Lamborghini and Mazda still being investigated.
Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a collision between a Lamborghini and a Mazda CX 5 along Witkoppen Road in North Riding during the afternoon of 24 April.
According to Chris Botha, media liaison officer for Netcare 911, paramedics arrived at the scene and found the twisted frame of the Lamborghini on the side of the road. The overturned wreck of the Mazda was lying on its roof at the side of the road.
“The driver of the Mazda was treated at the scene before medics transported him to a nearby hospital,” said Botha. He added that the driver of the Lamborghini was not injured in the accident.
“The exact details of the cause of the crash will form part of the South African Police investigation,” he concluded.
