Muldersdrift SAPS, the Youth Desk and Muldersdrift Women Business Association held an event to award 11 U19 soccer stars on 12 December.

The event was held at the Multipurpose Centre in Rietfontein Muldersdrift.

These young men performed extremely well throughout the season.

They also performed very well academically in that they all passed their school grades.

The top achievers received trophies and certificates.

The boys also participated in Mogale City sports games and played outstandingly, winning all their games.

Muldersdrift SAPS spokesperson Warrant Officer addressed the attendees on 16 days of no violence against women and children.

During the event, the Muldersdrift Business Women Association donated clothes to the needy.

The Smart Boys performed short plays related to domestic violence and substance abuse.

The Station Commander Lieutenant Colonel K D Seabi applauded everyone for their outstanding work but especially the two coaches, namely Tshepo Galo and Paseka Seshotlo, Warrant Officer Hitler Ngwenya and Muldersdrift Women Association for organising the event.
