Pedestrian critical after accident in Honeydew
HONEYDEW – A man in his 20s is transported to hospital after being hit by a car.
A man is in a critical condition after he was hit by a vehicle in Honeydew on the morning of 14 October. ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing said that the pedestrian, believed to be in his 20s, was struck by a vehicle at the corner of Beyers Naudé Drive and Juice Street.
“ER24 paramedics and other services arrived on scene and found the man lying on the road,” she explained. “Paramedics assessed the patient and found that he had sustained head injuries. He was treated on scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.”
