Thank you, Babalwa

I am compelled to send this letter to tell you how absolutely amazing Babalwa Bukani from Clearwater Mall, information counter, is.

My company purchases a lot of vouchers for our staff for birthdays, monthly incentives and bonuses and in the last month, I had the pleasure of dealing with Babalwa on three occasions. It was on the second occasion when she had already known my name and greeted me by name with a huge smile on her face as I approached. On the second occasion, there was a problem with the system, but instead of her saying that she can’t help me, she stayed extremely positive and said that she will continue trying until she gets it right. I got the impression from another lady at the counter that it was Babalwa’s time to go home or her shift was finished but she stayed until I got my vouchers.

Unfortunately, it is very scarce to come across great service in our country. Babalwa went over and beyond the call of duty so to speak, to assist me. She is extremely bubbly, positive and very friendly, and to be honest, I have never come across such great service. She really is quite remarkable, to the point that I want to “shout it out to the world”. She makes the experience so worthwhile and pleasant!
