The word HOPE can be used as an acronym for many phrases, one of the best known being ‘Hold On, Pain Ends’.

When we hope we anticipate and believe that something we desire will come to fruition.

Christopher Reeve said that once you choose hope, anything is possible.

When we have hope that we can achieve something and try not to look at the situation in a negative way, then the probability of achieving it is so much greater.

Desmond Tutu described hope as being able to see that there is light despite all the darkness.

We must be able to see the light in a dark situation, or the negativity will eat away at us, and we will become demotivated and unhappy.

When it seems like there is nothing left to be positive about and to hope for, find the silver lining; it will be worth it.
