Roodepoort barber shows he cares

High Cuts barber, Abdul-Aziz Narkedien, reached out a helping hand to a group of less-privileged children once again when he surprised the residents of the Jumiah Faqihul-Ummah Orphanage for Boys with a free haircut.

Every boy lined up to get his professional hair cut and treat for the day. The aim of the event was to show the boys that if they believe in themselves, fight for their dreams and work hard towards them, they can make them a reality.

“The world can be a rough place but how you see it and what you do to change it are what truly matters. Not everyone will support you and believe in you, but all that really counts is that you believe in yourself, that way anything is possible”, Abdul said.
