Register on CoJ e-Services to make your life easier

Residents can register their email address and receive their rates, water and lights invoices online.

The City of Johannesburg encourages residents to use the CoJ e-Services to make their lives easier.

The e-Services are an initiative from the City of Johannesburg to providing online access to a range of services for both the individual and businesses in Gauteng. The services include the following: residents can register their email address and receive their rates, water and lights invoices online; they can view the progress of their building plans; and they can complete valuation forms for rates to assist the City in evaluating their properties correctly.

Further, residents can view their outstanding traffic fines by visiting https://www.paycity.co.za/Default.aspx. (This is an independent site and not controlled by Joburg.org.za or e-Services.)

“This is one of ways the City plans to improve service delivery,” said Executive Mayor Herman Mashaba.

You can also contact Joburg’s call centre on 0860 56 28 74 to get a list of all outstanding traffic fines.
