Five months later, still no trace of Lee Mentoor
Yesterday, 16 August, marked the five-month anniversary of the disappearance of Liyaqat ‘Lee’ Mentoor, who was three at the time he disappeared.

The 29-year-old Onke Hartin Mashinini, the last person who saw Lee, stands accused of child neglect, kidnapping, premeditated murder and defeating the ends of justice. He has been in custody since Lee’s disappearance and will appear in the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court again on 27 August.
