Emergency services have been on the scene of a structural fire in Goldman Street, this evening, 13 April.
After initial reports that everyone managed to evacuate the building safely, EMS spokesperson, Robert Mulaudzi, has confirmed that a eight-year-old boy has died in the fire.
Six other patients have been treated on the scene for smoke inhalation.
