Rain moving to the eastern parts of the country.

According to the weather map on meteorologist Kobus Botha’s website, the heavy rainfall is moving to the eastern parts of the country.
One local resident, George Brown from Florida Lake, measured 104mm of rain between the early hours of 22 March and 7.30am today (23 March).

Johannesburg Emergency Management Services also issued flood warnings which included Goldman and Church Roads in Florida. Residents are also warned to be careful on Wilgerood Road opposite Laerskool Helderkruin, where the rain has caused dangerous potholes.
Residents can expect thunder-storms this coming week.

• Sun: 12° – 23°
• Mon: 14° – 25°
• Tue: 14° – 24°
• Wed: 16° – 25°
