#PelserTrial: Pelser to finally testify
Supporters and family waiting with bated breath.
Today (11 December), for the first time, the court will hear Marthinus Pelser’s version of the events of the fateful day on which his six-month-old son Deon was murdered. The baby boy died exactly a year-and-a-half ago.

Pelser stands accused of the murder. According to State Prosecutor Paseka Temeki, only one other witness – the pathologist – will be called to the stand to testify.

It is believed that the trial will be concluded by Thursday.
