City Power will be conducting maintenance on their network, resulting in a planned power outage this weekend.
The outage that will start at 10pm on Saturday 2 September and end at 6am on Sunday 3 September will affect the following areas:
• Fleurhof
• Lea Glen
• Robertville (Ext 10 and 14)
• Stormill (Ext 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10)
According to City Power, the interruption is necessary to conduct essential maintenance, which forms part of their programme to constantly strive to better service delivery.
Residents are urged to treat their electricity supply points as live at all times, as the power supply might be restored at any time, without warning.
City Power is apologising for any inconvenience caused by these interruptions. Should customers require further information or clarity, they should contact the call centre on 0860 JOBURG (562 874).
