Triple murder accused pleads guilty
It is believed he will testify against the co-accused in future court hearings
There has been a significant breakthrough in the case against the six accused in the Krugersdorp triple murder case.
One of the accused, 40-year-old John Anthony Barnard, has decided to plead guilty to eight of the charges against him in the Palm Ridge Magistrates’ Court in Johannesburg today after he allegedly entered into a plea bargain with the State.
He was also sentenced to 30 years imprisonment with a 10-year suspended sentence.
It is believed he will testify against the co-accused in future court hearings.
