Pelser: Justice for Baby Deon petition has over 2 000 signatures
Public asked to wear white on Monday.
In the light of the continuation of the bail hearing of Marthinus Pelser who is accused of killing his six-month-old baby, the Justice for Baby Deon Facebook group has asked the public to wear white on Monday (10 October) when the hearing continues.
The group said supporters can then post pictures of themselves wearing white on their Facebook page accompanied by #justiceforbabydeon. The group’s petition on change.org is also only 150 signatures away from the 2 500 mark and they again appealed to the public to sign it.
Meanwhile it is expected that the mother of the deceased baby boy, Bianca Rothman will make her first appearance in court to testify for the state why Pelser should not be granted bail.
