Solution to all your service delivery issues

Residents encouraged to look and log service delivery issues

The City of Johannesburg (CoJ) is very reliant on residents to log service delivery failures in order to afford them the opportunity to attend to the complaint.

The entities of CoJ will remain unaware of breakdowns if they are not reported. This may result in these breakdowns remaining unsolved.

Being an active citizen, living, working and playing in the City of Johannesburg means you need to get involved and look and log, ensuring you can hold the local government officials accountable for service delivery (or the lack thereof).

The importance of your logged issues being addressed adequately cannot be stressed enough, and, should you not be satisfied with the way your issue has been dealt with, your local ward councillor should get involved.
