Hoërskool Die Adelaar’s pupils excelled when they participated in the Segarona Eisteddfod Festival that took place recently.
Jephthah Takarupiwa, Kabelo Mzamane and Muhle Ngcobo helped their dance team reach third place in the dance category of the competition. They also achieved a fourth place finish in the solo dance category.
The school’s achievements do not end here as the drama team achieved a first place finish in the drama category. Most of the drama team’s members are in Grade 12.
This achievement was followed up by a third position in the public speaking category.
