We are shop-owners located in the same complex as the West Rand Bird and Pet Farm, and would like to also have our say about the Bird and Pet Farm’s bad publicity.
We are not associated with them. We all run separate businesses, and we are all trying to make a living. We want to encourage the public to support our businesses, regardless of the bad experiences they may have had with the Bird and Pet Farm.
None of the businesses refuses to associate with the others – we all support each other where we can, and our businesses can’t exist without the support of the public.
Each individual shop specialises in its own field. There’s a coffee shop, a dog parlour, an appliance repairs shop, another one that sells wooden creations, a hairdresser, a taxidermy and a garden nursery.
The public is more than welcome to visit the other shops and support them.
