I saw an article about a robbery recently where the police failed to open a docket. The same happened to us at 2:30am on 3 August.
Three police vans showed up accompanied by Beagle Watch. The police said that they will return with a report and a docket. None of it materialised. I reported it to the main call centre and they were shocked to hear about the incident yet they said someone will be sent out.
No fingerprints, no photos, they gave us an emergency number which I called. The officer who was on site at the time of the call out stated that he will be back in 40 min. By that time his shift ended. He told me I could shoot the burglars dead and that they will say that the burglars shot each other.
