Toss away the “could haves” and “should haves”

Do your best and make the best of each and every day on #TossAwayTheCouldHavesandShouldHavesDay

Across the United States the third Saturday in July recognizes Toss away the “could haves” and “should haves” day. This year it is observed on 16 July.

Created by motivational speaker and author Martha J. Ross-Rodgers, this day is intended for all to let go of the past and live for the future. To help with

this venture, write all your “could haves” and should haves” on apiece of paper and then throw it in the trash.

Once you have thrown it in the trash, make the following resolution: “From this day forward, I choose not to live in the past. The past is history that I can not

change. I can do something about the present; I choose to live in the present.”

To celebrate, let go of the things that have been burdening you and live in the now.
