Maragon Private Schools’ U/13 Netball team has done it again.
Last weekend, they were crowned the U/13 Champions of the JOMO (Johannesburg and Mogale) Championships. Their victory comes after the team won all of their Pool C matches in the JOMO League, outplaying all of their opponents.
The school’s U/14 team came in second position, while the U/15 team finished the championships in third place.
The tournament was hosted at the school, where the teams took advantage of being at home and excelled on the courts.
The U/13 and U/14 teams will now represent JOMO for the second consecutive year at the Gauteng School Sports Championships taking place later this month at Pretoria Girls High.
