That corner is not safe anymore

I am a resident of 4th Avenue and I take regular walks to the shop on the corner of Hull Street and 4th Avenue daily.

My daughter also walks up that way to school.

I am aware of the corner just before 5th Avenue that is so over populated with foreigners selling their drugs and going about their daily business.

This is very dangerous and I try stay far away from there as possible.

My concern is the corner to the left of 4th Avenue going down Hull street, There are some shops and there was once a take away, right next to the Finest car wash.

That corner is getting over populated with foreigners, I took a walk with my daughter to the shop and there were guys passing on drugs to their customers right in front of us.

The place is constantly busy with foreigners making it their hang out.

I am so disappointed in this as it was once such a safe place.
