Spin for Cansa with instructor Louise
Mrs SA semi-finalist to play guest instructor at special spinning classes.
Join Mrs South Africa semi-finalist Louise Niemann in raising money for Cansa by taking a spinning class at Viva Gym Hillfox.
Between Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 April, during certain intervals, the money paid towards spinning classes in the gym will be donated to the Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa). Louise is a qualified spinning instructor herself and will play host instructor on the day. Exciting participation and spot prizes are up for grabs. You don’t have to belong to Viva Gym to attend these classes.
On both days the Cansa Spinathon classes will be open from 10am til 12 noon at R75 per half hour.
“Any donations over and above paying for the spinning classes are most welcome, it’s for a good cause,” Louise said.
