Cycle for Rotary Club

The Fast One Cylce Race will feature almost 3000 cyclists from around the country.

The event will take place on 31 January in Midvaal.

All proceeds are from the race will go to the Rotary Club in the Midvaal.

The area is currently in a tough economic position due to the struggling steel industry and many job losses.

The race, which is a category A classic cycle race is a seeding event for the Cape Town Cycle Tour.

The elite and CSA licensed cyclists will have a chance to claim the title in the 96-kilometre race while the 49-kilometre is geared towards social riders.

The event will start and finish at the Midvaal Raceway in Meyerton.
