Little Samurai’s sharp as blades in grading

Grading at Shunkenkan

Shunkenkan Ju-jitsu’s little samurais and the club’s junior’s participated in the Tonkinkan Dojo in Benoni grading.

They performed well at the grading, advancing from red belt to red belt 1. The juniors advanced from red belt 1 to white belt.

Their sensei Adriaan van der Werken was beaming with pride at the performance of the little samurais and junior members.

“They performance at the grading was excellent. They have worked hard to be where they are now and watching them perform with confidence had me feeling proud. It was the first class that went to Benoni for grading but you wouldn’t have picked that up from just looking at them,” he said.
