A tow truck driver made a disturbing discovery at Florida Lake in the early hours this past Sunday.
He was driving along Hamberg Road at about 1.15am when he saw three men next to the road acting suspiciously. When he stopped to confront them they fled on foot and he gave chase, but could not catch them. On returning to the scene he found a black plastic bag with a fetus inside.
According to Lydia Dikolomela the spokesperson of Florida Police Station they are trying to determine the cause of the death of the fetus which was still in a early stage of development.
