Bokka, a female mini Doberman Pincher went missing from her Witpoortjie home on Friday, 9 October.
According to her owner Deon van den Berg, the garage door was left open and she ran out.
A man who saw her running in the street tried to catch her but he was unsuccessful.
Bokka is brown in colour, has shades of grey on her face and has a white spot on her chest.
She is six-years-old and is spayed.
