Don’t be a grouch

If you are usually a grumpy person then you would be classified as a grouch.

Grouches are usually miserable, irritable and grumpy people so if any of those descriptions suit you from time-to-time then this day is for you.

National Grouch Day allows grouches across the world to go out and celebrate their way of life.

If you do not classify yourself as a grouch and if you are normally a happy person then you can still celebrate this day by complaining about something you do not like.

Here are a few ways for everyday grouches to live a happier life:

• Partake in a fun or silly activity

• Allow yourself only five minutes of negative time

• Do something to benefit others

• Eat healthy foods which include Omega 3
