In celebration of National Mutt Day, all photos of your mixed breed dogs are welcome.
Dogs and puppies are unique pets and extremely lovable.
Here are five reasons why they are good dogs to have:
1. They are believed to be more flexible than pure bred dogs because they are not as strongly programmed as pure breeds.
2. Just as pure bred dogs, they can be trained as therapy dogs.
3. An article states they are less likely to contract illnesses.
4. They have a long life span and can live for up to 18 years and above.
5. They are known to be loyal to their owners.
So if you do not have a mixed breed dog, adopt one at your local Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA).
