One left dead after shooting
One person died and three people were injured following a shooting incident on Populier Street in Bosmont last night.
Netcare 911 paramedics and provincial services arrived at the scene and found a man tragically lost his life during the shooting. There was nothing further that could be done for the deceased man and he was declared dead at the scene.
Three people were found to have sustained serious injuries during the shooting incident and after receiving treatment, the injured patients were transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail surrounding the cause of the shooting incident and preceding events are unknown at this stage and will remain the subject of a police investigation and for police comment.
