Drug march to be held in Roodepoort CBD

The Seventh Day Adventist band will provide music and the Pathfinders will be marching in uniform.

In the ongoing fight against the drug scourge in Roodepoort, a march against drugs has been planned by the Florida Lake Seventh Day Adventists church.

The march will be held on 22 August. The route has not been finalized but is expected to move from Sixth Avenue to the assembly point at the Town Hall in Rex Street. Then the group will leave at 11am and march through the CBD to Roodepoort police station and finally back to Sixth Avenue.
